Changes and Cancellations
If you register and are then unable to attend the Summit, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. Please fill out this form communicating that you are not attending and provide the name and information of your colleague. Only cancellations received by March 30, 2012, will be eligible for refunds. All cancellations must fill out this form. The Summit will charge a $30 processing fee. Please allow two weeks for processing. The Summit will not process refunds on-site.
