Requests received on or before Feb 27, 2012, will qualify for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Requests received from Feb. 28, 2012 through March 30, 2012, will qualify for a 50% refund.
Requests received on or after March 30,2012 will not qualify for a refund. No-shows do not qualify for a refund. Hotel deposits and out-of-pocket expenses are non-refundable.

Changes in Registration
If you register and are then unable to attend the Summit, you can transfer your registration to a colleague. Please fill out this form communicating that you are not attending and provide the name and information of your colleague. Only cancellations received by March 30, 2012, will be eligible for refunds. The Summit will charge a $30 processing fee. Please allow two weeks for processing. The Summit will not process refunds on-site.
